Paul Askew, Chef Patron of the multi-award winning The Art School Restaurant, is a familiar face to many, having made regular appearances on television. The restaurant won the Visit England Excellence Taste of England Award in 2017, and was listed in The Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants in the same year.

Paul is Joint Chair of the Northern Branch of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and Chair of the Liverpool Restaurant Association.
