City Lodgers collects personal information when you register with us or enquire with us about our student accommodation or services.
Personal information you supply to us may be used to provide the services requested, to maintain tenancy and client information records, for audit and debt collection, for statistical analysis, for fraud prevention and if you agree, to send you marketing information.
City Lodgers will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the business.
We may share your information for use in credit decisions, for fraud prevention and to pursue debtors. We may share your information with our client who owns the property as we have to provide them with certain information. With your permission, we would be able to tell the client we have made a decision regarding your tenancy, we need more information to make a decision and what that information is, and information relating to a debt on your account. We won’t provide the client with any personal or family circumstance information unless it is affecting your tenancy and we have your permission to share this with our client.

You may check some of the information with other sources, such as the institute of study. You may also get information about me from other organisations, or give information about me to make sure that the information is accurate and to prevent or detect crime or fraudulent activity, and in the case of a debtor pass my information to an external debt organisation.
If I give incorrect or incomplete information this may delay my tenancy application.
