While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, City Lodgers does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information on the site at any time, including rates, descriptions and photographs.

City Lodgers excludes all warranties, express or implied, relating to its websites. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up to date or is suitable for any particular purpose. City Lodgers shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of its websites.

The website is intended to assist the Customer to determine the availability and booking of accommodation. Apart from printing information in connection with your booking, you are not entitled to reproduce, replicate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the website, including images, unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so.

Use of the websites are restricted to people over the age of 18, who can legally enter into binding contracts.

Images are provided to show a typical representation of the accommodation and do not necessarily show or represent the specific Apartment booked by the Customer. Whilst these representations are made in good faith, City Lodgers does not guarantee the accommodation allocated to the Guest will be exactly the same as that shown and there is likely to be some variation from Apartment to Apartment in size, shape, layout, colour scheme, furnishings and contents.

Some items and furnishings shown in photos are for display purposes only and are not provided in the Apartment. Please refer to facilities list for Apartment contents.
